Lunsen/Werder-Rote Strecke

The red route (6.6 km) leads via Holtorf, past the Luns church to Werder, directly past Werder's ostrich farm along the Wischkämpegraben via Kirchwiehe back to Thedinghausen. The starting point is at Schloss Erbhof Thedinghausen.

The route is easy to walk in all weathers. It is a flat, easy route in a charming landscape, but you will need tarmac paths as the route runs almost exclusively on paved paths. There are plenty of parking spaces and benches, including for a picnic in the countryside afterwards.
