Traveling by Car

The Middle Weser region is conveniently located within the triangle of Hannover, Bremen, and Minden. You can reach the Middle Weser region by car or motorhome via the A1, A2, A7, and A27 motorways, as well as several federal roads.

Traveling by Train

Hannover-Bremen route:

  • A Regional Express stops in Nienburg/Weser, Eystrup, Dörverden, Verden (Aller), and Achim.
  • The S-Bahn from Hannover stops in Linsburg and Nienburg/Weser.
  • The Regional S-Bahn from Bremen stops in Achim, Baden, Etelsen, Langwedel, and Verden (Aller).

Bremen-Diepholz-Osnabrück route:

  • A Regional Express stops in Kirchweyhe.
  • The Regional S-Bahn from Bremen stops in Dreye and Kirchweyhe.

Bielefeld-Minden-Nienburg/Weser route:

  • A Regional Express stops in Petershagen-Lahde, Leese-Stolzenau, and Nienburg/Weser.

Verden (Aller)-Rotenburg (Wümme) route:

  • A Regional S-Bahn operates on this route.
