These are unmarked, leisurely tours that lead through our beautiful, varied landscape. Of course, if you want to discover something in nature, you have to venture out into it. And so many of the trails are also close to nature: there may be the odd mullerian spot. Or a tractor has just driven past. After all, you share these paths with our farmers, foresters and horse riders.
But if you take the path - sorry, the six paths - you will discover many beautiful things. What are you waiting for? By the way, you can easily reach five of the six trails with the Regio S-Bahn.
Tour 5:
You travel from Langwedel station in the direction of Dahlbrügge. Shortly before the village, turn left towards Völkersen and then left at the end of the village along the "Lustiger Strump". You cross a small drainage ditch, the Langwedeler Mühlenbach; it later becomes the Goldbach and thus gives its name to our highway service area. The path turns right, and here you will see the Langwedeler Moor on your left, still in its natural form. You cross Ottersberger Straße and turn right twice.
At the point where the forest ends on the left, it is worth walking along the edge of the forest for a while, where there is a whimsical overgrown oak tree. Follow the next path to the left, a short distance along Haberloher Straße, then left again. Turn right at Rotenburger Straße, through Völkersen, a very short left - right turn, and when you cross Heideweg, you are exactly at the 53rd parallel, i.e. at the same latitude as Karaganda, Torun, Nottingham and Edmonton. But it's much nicer here! We now continue towards Dahlbrügge and Langwedel again.
