Niedersachsenhalle und Platz der Tierzucht

The formerly unadorned square in front of the Niedersachsenhalle has been redesigned and now forms a worthy setting for the animal breeding site, which is important far beyond the region. The sculpture "Mother Mare with Foal" by Ulrich Conrad welcomes visitors directly in front of the Niedersachsenhalle.
 
The ensemble shows the importance of Verden throughout Germany as a center for animal breeding with the Masterrind cattle breeding organization, the VIT data center and the Hannoveraner Verband.
