The steam locomotive 50 3562-1 was purchased in Staßfurt, towed to Weyhe and restored to commemorate the history of the railroad. Gradually, several carriages were added to house a regional railroad exhibition. Various exhibits, pictures and other information about local and general railroad history are on display there. Exhibitions, readings and slide shows take place on the cultural track. The locomotive stands next to the station on the site of the former railroad depot.
