Historical structure
The 18.5-hectare forest estate is a listed building.
At the end of the 1930s, the Liebenau forest settlement was built for the neighboring gunpowder factory as a factory settlement for German workers, foreign workers and forced laborers. After the Second World War, the estate was used by the British army as a residential area. After the British left in 1978, the estate was privatized and converted into a residential area.
