Other relaxation and health
Stay and get fit on three trails (3.4 km, 5.41 km, 7.75 km).
The terrain cure is suitable for everyone. It is beneficial for heart and respiratory diseases, arteriosclerosis, rheumatism, diabetes and high blood pressure, for example. Hiking in the healing climate puts less strain on the body than jogging, for example. You can do it independently depending on your fitness level and age.

Terrein cure is walking on ascending paths at a measured pace. This "air cure walking" is a good and simple training option that combines exercise and climatic effects. The 12 km of terrain cure trails offer ideal opportunities to do something for your health with individual exercise training at different levels of difficulty. The beneficial climate of the climatic health resort, targeted exercise and a charming, varied landscape bring body and soul into shape. The training can be enhanced by massages, Kneipp walks, hikes, physiotherapy and therapeutic sports.

The terrain cure trails in Vilser Holz:
Training on the three terrain cure trails in Bruchhausen- Vilsen is ideal for increasing general stamina. The trails, which vary in length, can be used all year round, even in bad weather - alternating between sunny and shady areas. The nature of the ground is easy on the joints and there are benches for short breaks along the way.

Training guidelines:
The training has an optimal effect if it is carried out for 20 to 40 minutes a day for 3 to 4 weeks (but at least 2 to 3 times a week), whereby a pulse rate of 160 or 180 minus age/minute should be achieved. For completely untrained patients and at the beginning of endurance training, start with a heart rate of 160/minute minus age and then gradually increase.
