Melkerinnen-Denkmal

With this monument, a piece of history remains alive about the milking women who used to cross over to the other side of the Weser every day on the milking boat to milk their cows on the Knoyl.

The sculptures have found a representative location in the center of Dörverden, at the junction of Königstraße and Große Straße, in front of the Kreissparkasse, and contribute to the beautification and cultural enhancement of the town center.
