Alte Schanze Oyle

Naturally protected by the steep slope of the Geest and a deeply dug-in stream bed. This meant that only one side had to be secured. The castle complex can be dated to the early Middle Ages (9th-11th century). The site was remeasured in 2013, but archaeological research has not yet taken place.
