Pellkartoffelessen

In Nienburg's old town on Lange Straße stands what used to be one of the longest jacket potato tables in the world: approx. 250 meters long, covered with "real porcelain" and fine tablecloths. Around 700 kg of potatoes  and 7,000 matjes fillets are served by local landlords from 6 pm. Delicious bacon dip and cream sauce are of course not missing. Refreshing drinks and music on several stages along the table round off the spectacle.
