- Location: The RV park is located in Rehburg-Loccum next to a donkey pasture with Baudet du Poitou donkeys.
You’ll spend the night on a meadow next to the donkey pasture, near the Meerbruch meadows. Animal sounds, such as the braying of the donkeys or the crowing of roosters, may be heard on-site. The site is suitable for one or more overnight stays and serves as a starting point for hikes, bike rides, or mountain bike tours.
A few kilometers away is the Steinhuder Meer, which offers many tourist attractions.
A guided tour of the farm is available by arrangement. During the tour, guests gain insight into the care of the Baudet du Poitou donkeys.
Rehburg-Loccum is a town in the southeastern part of the Nienburg/Weser district and, with a population of just over 10,000, is the district’s second-largest town. Attractions in the immediate vicinity include Loccum Abbey, the Dinopark, Romantik Bad Rehburg, Steinhuder Meer, the ÖSSM, the local history museum, and the Wilhelmsturm.
