Karneval in Stolzenau

Parade (e.g. traditional costumes, carnival, etc.)
The fools are loose...
The Dutch, who were stationed in Stolzenau, laid the foundations for the carnival event. Several thousand visitors line the streets when the carnival parade sets off on the Sunday before Rose Monday from 2 pm. Large and small floats, colorfully decorated with witty themes relating to local and world events, can be seen as well as small and large groups on foot and individual performers.
