At the B215/Groß Hutberger Straße junction, turn off in the direction of Allerbrücke (Südbrücke). The viewpoint is signposted.

 On the Aller dyke (Klusdamm) on the right is the viewing platform from which you can enjoy the unique city panorama with the cathedral (landmark of the city of Verden), St. Andrew's Church, St. John's Church and the town hall.
