A historic clockwork mechanism with gears, surrounded by two brick walls and large windows.

Antique clock mechanism by J.F. Weule of Bockenem, set in a window frame with a view to the outdoors.

The clockwork was originally located in the tower of the neighboring parish church of St. Martin.

 The case bears the inscription J.F. Weule, Bockenem 1897. It was repaired and now stands in the vestibule of the Nienburg town hall.
